hsbc_2008.jpgThirty years as a successful business entrepreneur has given Domenic a unique perspective on human behavior, leadership, motivation and change. He has worked in over 35 industries in 6 countries.

His purpose is to improve the world for all of us while his primary mission is to work with top management to transform their ability to integrate experiential leadership deep into their organization in order to create sustainable results.

This foundation allows him to offer speaking and training programs that are rich with content and packed with actionable fresh insights. He knows about leadership because that is exactly what he has done throughout his career-lead organizations and teams.

  • At the age of 18, Domenic was a technical trainer in the United States Navy. In addition he was also was given responsibility for the complete operation of the mess deck on board the U.S.S. Saipan feeding two thousand marines and six hundred sailors three times a day with a crew of 85 men.
  • By 24, as an entrepreneur he was owner of a delicatessen and operated his own automobile detailing company.
  • At 36 Domenic led several teams that helped The Institute for Self-Actualization to become an international personal development organization. He also was a Senior Facilitator assisting at over 220 highly advanced personal leadership seminars.
  • At 39 he successfully sold a million dollar audio visual project to Robert Morris College in Chicago that required the leadership of over 30 people to plan, design and install 98 multimedia systems.
  • At the age of 41 he founded Mobile Projection Audio Visual and became the premier A/V systems integrator and A/V sales and rental vendor in Northwest Indiana.
  • Domenic became a certified public trainer for CareerTrack and SkillPath Seminars delivering training in 39 U.S. States and working with over eight hundred fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies.
  • At 45 he founded Amazing Business Workshops and was a business consultant to dozens of small business in Northwest Indiana and Chicago.
  • At 48 Domenic founded the Institute for Self-Achievement, a dynamic educational support organization to assist individuals to take control of the direction of their lives with operations in several U.S. cities. With 25 years of studies and successful work in self-actualization he developed a seminar based on the premise that "you already possess the ability to transform the quality of your life beyond survival."
  • In 2006, Domenic and his wife Diane bought two failing Curves Franchises and have successfully increased membership by over 60%.
  • In 2007/8 he spent 9 months in Cairo, Egypt leading a team of facilitators to develop and deliver high content performance driver training to Vodafone, sales training to HSBC Bank, change management to Cemex and advanced leadership training to the top management at General Motors and Al Ahram/Heineken.
  • As active Volunteers, Domenic and his wife, Diane, actively support local communities to teach goal setting and achievement, United Way, the Ride for Kids, which raises money for children with brain tumors, are members of The Huntley Area Chamber of Commerce and the Hampshire Chamber of Commerce in Illinois.
  • Domenic is a Behavioral Change Professional. He brings his expertise regarding the impact of behavior on productivity, achievement, communication, sales and leadership to every program and event.
  • Passions - Changing lives, being a solid example, pushing my limits, my life, my family, tennis, golf and reaching my personal goals.
